The Heart Behind the Magic

I’ve always been deeply curious about what makes a life feel fully alive. That curiosity has led me in some wonderfully unexpected directions. I’ve lived in five different countries, immersed myself in different cultures, studied at Harvard, and built a life centered around movement, meaningful connection, and helping people rediscover what makes them feel most alive.
Long before I discovered somatics, tantra, coaching, and bodywork, I was dancing. Movement taught me to listen with my body. Today, my hands have become another way of listening. My approach to healing bodywork blends science, intuition, and deep presence because I believe touch can communicate what words often cannot. Again and again, I’ve witnessed what becomes possible when someone feels safe enough to come home to themselves.
The common thread in everything I’ve done has been helping people through life’s transitions. As a school counselor, I had the privilege of supporting adolescents through one of life’s most formative chapters while cultivating resilience, confidence, and a deeper understanding of themselves. Today, I feel just as honored helping adults reconnect with the parts of themselves they’ve lost along the way.
My ideal day usually includes movement, deep connection with people I adore, and at least one slightly naughty spontaneous detour.
I’m playful by nature, quick to laugh, and deeply authentic. I feel most alive on the dance floor, surfing, snowboarding, weaving through New York City on my bike, hiking to a breathtaking view, or getting lost in a new city. Enthusiasm is contagious, and one of life’s greatest pleasures is sharing what lights us up with someone who’s just as curious.
A client recently told me,
“There’s no one with as much kindness, understanding, and genuine care for unlocking the human spirit as you.”
Those words capture what matters most. Whether we’re sharing an ordinary afternoon or creating something extraordinary together, you will leave feeling more connected to yourself, more present in your body, and a little more excited about your own life.
The art of being alive isn’t about perfection. It’s about following our passions, embracing our humanness, finding joy in the ordinary, and sucking the marrow out of life.
